FULL TIME ARCHITECT

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience and be involved in all stages of the design process, through to completion. Delivering creative, high-quality projects across residential, commercial, heritage and rural development sectors. You will work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, contributing design expertise, technical knowledge, and creative solutions to a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of architectural projects from initial design to on-site delivery.

• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports to the highest professional standards.

• Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations and relevant legislation.

• Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the practice with professionalism.

Requirements

• Fully Qualified ARB-registered Architect

• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.

• Strong design and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
